Membership Information

A completed registration form and membership dues are required for membership in Main Line MOMs. Dues vary with membership status and the time of year you join.
Member Benefits
Membership dues are $24 ($27 after 7/10/09) for the 2009-2010 year. Membership dues include:
  • Monthly Issues of the "Bulletwin", our club newsletter
  • Subscription to the "Notebook", the National Mothers of Twins Club publication
  • Access to the club's library
  • Preferred admittance to the exchange sale
  • 'Big Sister' program
  • Discount membership to BJ's Wholesale Club

Expecting Multiples?  

If your multiples have not yet arrived, you can join as a "Stork Member". Stork members have most of the same privileges as regular members, such as attending meetings and events, access to the message board, and receiving the monthly newsletter. After your multiples are born, you can convert to a regular membership. We are also happy to offer support and advice through our message board, new/prospective member tea, and "Pregnancy Buddy" program.

New Members
New Members should mail the following to the Membership Chair:
  • New Member Form
  • Check payable to "Main Line MOMC" in the amount of $24 ($27 after 7/10/09). If you are joining mid-year, dues are $17 after December 31, 2009.
New Members can also JOIN ONLINE. Simply submit your name and email address and an email invitation to join will be issued through Big Tent. You will be able to submit all membership information and payment online.
 
First time members receive a Welcome Packet of valuable information. Club Handbooks and new member packets may be picked up at the general membership meetings. New members are also issued a nametag to be worn at general meetings.

Renewal Membership Form

Returning members - don't forget to renew! Dues are $27 (or $24 before 7/10/09). Send your completed Renewal Membership Form and check payable to "Main Line MOMC" to Amy W.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to renew by October 1st to be included in the Membership Directory for 2009-10!
